Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)

  • All applicants agree to our MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) as listed on our application/pricing guide.
  • MAP Policy includes and is not limited to ALL print & online websites including Amazon, ebay (no “or best offer”), etc.
  • As a dealer or distributor you are responsible to enforce our MAP policy on any dealers you sell to.

Branding

  • All listings must state the brand as “AlphaRex”
  • All listings must include “AlphaRex” in the title.

Anti-Counterfeiting

  • We understand there may be a need to sell a competitor’s headlights. We are ok with competition but will not tolerate listing or selling of counterfeit products, IP violated products.
  • All applicants agree not duplicate, copy or re-produce our products in any way.
  • All applicants agree not sell, list, or promote in any way, any counterfeit AlphaRex Products.
  • Counterfeit AlphaRex products include and are not limited to the following:
    • AlphaRex branded products sold by an unauthorized dealer or distributor.
    • Products that are exact or close replicas or copies of AlphaRex products.
    • Counterfeit products that contain our name, logo or design.

Any violation will result in immediate revocation of your AlphaRex account. We’ll pursue legal action against any violator and/or counterfeiter.
